I like the compositions on a lot of them. I definitely like the unique perspective of the Washington Monument with the flag.

I don't know what format that the photos were taken in, but there seems to be some unwanted grain, noise and dust specks in some of them.

I am interested in how you are exploring the use of clouds and haze. That's a tough subject matter which you may be able to successfully capture in a unique way.

yes, the grain happens when i turn the photo black and white on the computer instead of the camera. and sometimes editing the picture at all creates the look. however, occasionally it adds to the effect..

I like your outlook, meaning what you photograph. I see a couple of technical glitches in one or two photos, but the artistry is really up there. I love your floral and foliage shots (and I like "Those Socks.")

Keep up the good work.

Some very interesting, off-beat images. I personally like the dramatic lamp.

May I ask what program you are using to edit your images on the computer? There may be a program that could help you avoid the residual pixilation when you change to greyscale or posterize your photos.

Try something like Adobe Photoshop - it should help you avoid the pixelation. Or if you want a free program, I'd recommend GIMP. Although, GIMP does not handle color transformation quite as well as Photoshop does. Photoshop can allow you to change hue and saturation drastically without much or any detriment to the quality of your image.
Cheers!

Very nice shots. I like the details of the structures.
