It would be near impossible to just move it from one PC to another, especially under Windows, without some sort of utility or script. When an application that complex is installed, many files are placed in several folders and the registry (a special system file that tracks everything installed on the PC) is modified.

You might be able to get a copy of the CD, or a download location from Adobe for a small fee; I don't know if they provide that service or not. If you registered the original with Adobe (gave them your name & email address) they may be able to provide your CD key.
